These terms govern our relationship with every client. They are designed to be fair, clear, and straightforward — read them once and you'll know exactly where we stand.

By accessing our website, contacting us for services, or entering into a service agreement with Dev Wonder, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Dev Wonder provides custom software development services including, but not limited to: web application development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, cloud & DevOps consulting, and ongoing maintenance & support.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SoW) agreed upon by both parties before work commences.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements, content, and assets in a timely manner
- Respond to communications and review requests within agreed timeframes
- Designate a primary point of contact for project decisions
- Ensure you hold rights to any content, images, or materials provided to Dev Wonder
- Pay all agreed fees on time as outlined in your project agreement
Payment Terms
Payment schedules and methods are agreed upon in the individual project contract. General practices include:
- A 50% upfront deposit is required before project work begins.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones.
- Late payments beyond 7 days may result in a pause on active project work until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, Dev Wonder transfers all intellectual property rights of the custom-developed deliverables to the client.
Dev Wonder retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests a confidentiality agreement in writing.
Any third-party libraries, frameworks, or open-source tools used in the build remain subject to their respective licences.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, business data, and proprietary knowledge shared during the engagement strictly confidential. This obligation remains in effect after the project ends. If a formal NDA is required, it can be arranged as a separate document prior to project commencement.
Limitation of Liability
Dev Wonder's liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from software use
- Delays or failures caused by third-party services or client-side issues
- Security breaches of systems not under Dev Wonder's direct control
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination:
- The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date at the agreed rate.
- All completed deliverables will be handed over to the client upon clearance of any outstanding balance.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Changes to These Terms
Dev Wonder reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For questions, contact us at info@devwonderbd.com.
