Refunds & service commitments.

We build with care — and we stand behind our work. Here's exactly how refunds work and what service standards you can expect.

Effective: December 19, 2024
01

Eligibility for Refund

Due to the custom, bespoke nature of software development, refunds are considered only under the following specific conditions:

  • Service Non-Delivery — Our team fails to initiate or deliver the agreed services within the mutually confirmed timeline without reasonable cause or prior communication.
  • Critical Technical Failure — A fundamental technical error prevents the delivered product from functioning as specified, and our team is unable to resolve it within the agreed support period.
  • Duplicate Payment — The client has been charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error.
02

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Completed design, development, or consulting work already delivered to the client
  • Third-party tools, software licences, or APIs purchased on the client's behalf
  • Partial milestones already delivered and approved during the project
  • Work halted or delayed due to lack of client feedback, assets, or approvals
  • Any service where work has been in progress for more than 7 days
03

  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, or correspondence) where applicable
04

Review & Approval

Once a refund request is received:

  • Our team will acknowledge and begin review within 1–2 business days.
  • A decision will be communicated within 3–5 business days. We may request additional information to verify the claim.
