ShopNest — Multi-Vendor E-Commerce Platform

ShopNest is a full-scale multi-vendor marketplace built from the ground up. The platform supports thousands of independent sellers listing products across hundreds of categories, with automatic payment splitting, commission management, and real-time order tracking.

The Challenge

The client wanted to compete with established marketplaces but had a strict 5-month timeline for the MVP. They needed a vendor onboarding system, a customer-facing storefront, an admin panel, and a mobile app — all simultaneously.

Our Approach

We used a monorepo structure with shared packages across the Next.js web app, the React Native mobile app, and the internal admin dashboard. Stripe Connect handled payment splits between the platform and vendors natively.
