FinTrack is a comprehensive financial management SaaS platform built for small and medium enterprises. The platform provides real-time revenue tracking, automated invoice generation, expense categorization, and team-level access control.
The Challenge
The client needed to replace a fragmented mix of spreadsheets and manual accounting with a single, unified platform that could scale from a 5-person startup to a 200-person company without switching tools.
Our Approach
We designed a multi-tenant architecture on Next.js with workspace isolation at the database level. Each company gets a siloed environment with role-based permissions. All financial data is visualized using Recharts with 30-day, 90-day, and custom date range views.
Results
The platform launched to 200 beta users and onboarded 1,400 paying customers within the first quarter.
