Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager Intern, you will help us plan, create, and publish content across our social platforms to grow our brand and bring in quality leads. You will work with our team to turn technical work into clear, engaging posts. Platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter).

What You Will Do

  • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
  • Write captions and posts for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
  • Design graphics and carousels using Canva, Figma, and AI tools
  • Share project updates, blog posts, and job circulars on social media
  • Reply to comments and messages in a professional tone
  • Track post performance (reach, engagement, clicks) and report weekly
  • Research trends and competitor pages for content ideas
  • Help promote blog posts and case studies

Requirements

  • Good written English and Bangla; able to write clear, error-free captions and posts
  • Understanding of how Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram work (content types, hashtags, posting times)
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Figma, with strong skill in AI design tools
  • Basic knowledge of content planning and posting schedules
  • Interest in technology, startups, and software (a technical background is not required)
  • Active social media presence or sample content you created (page, portfolio, or documents)
  • Able to give 20-25 hours per week and meet posting deadlines
  • Bonus: Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Bonus: Experience with Meta Business Suite or any scheduling tool
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of SEO or Google Analytics
  • Bonus: Experience using AI tools for content ideas and drafts
