Lead Generation & Business Development (Commission-Based)

We are looking for motivated people to find and bring us new clients. If you have a network, sales skills, or know how to find businesses that need websites, apps, or software, you can earn a commission on every project you bring to us. This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. You earn a percentage of every project that is confirmed and paid by a client you brought.

What You Will Do

  • Find potential clients who need websites, apps, e-commerce stores, or custom software
  • Reach out through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and referrals
  • Introduce Dev Wonder's services and share our portfolio and company profile
  • Collect basic client requirements (budget, timeline, project type) before passing the lead to us
  • Book discovery calls between the client and our team
  • Follow up with leads until the client decides
  • Maintain a simple lead tracker with status updates (new, contacted, meeting done, closed, lost)
  • Represent Dev Wonder professionally in every conversation
  • Never promise prices, deadlines, or features without confirming with our team

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Bangla and English (spoken and written)
  • Basic understanding of what web development, mobile apps, and software services are
  • Ability to find and reach potential clients through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, email, WhatsApp, or your own network
  • Experience in sales, business development, freelancing, or marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Confidence to talk to business owners and explain our services clearly
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, or lead tracking
  • Honest and professional behavior with clients and the team
  • Able to share your outreach activity and lead status regularly
  • Bonus: Existing network of business owners, startups, or SMEs
  • Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or Upwork/Fiverr-style client hunting
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the international market (UK, US, Middle East, Australia)

  • Commission: 10% of received project payment up to BDT 5,00,000, and 7% above that
